I qualified in Precision Reflexology in 2000 at The School of Precision Reflexology in Devon, run by Jan Williamson. At the time I was working primarily as a Community Psychiatric Nurse but later decided to take a career break from this in order to focus on my young family.

In 2007 I took the plunge to return purely to practicing Reflexology and I haven’t looked back since! More recently, I have trained in Hot Stonefusion Reflexology. The use of the stones adds an extra dimension for something slightly different but equally as effective.

I have a particular (but not exclusive) interest in Fertility and Maternity care and have undertaken the ‘Enhancing Fertility and Maternity Care’ course run by the Jubilee College, Nottingham. This client group is a real privilege to work with and clients have had some beautiful successes!
Having carried out a short course in ‘Aromatherapy for the Feet’, I blend a limited range of essential oils to enhance the reflexology treatments.

To complement the reflexology I also offer Natural Facelift Massage where the body’s own anti-ageing abilities are stimulated to tone and relax the face in order to reduce puffiness, fine lines and to improve the natural healthy glow.

I am a member of the ‘Association of Reflexologists’ and work within their code of practice and ethics.
Founded in 1984, the Association helps to maintain a high standard of practice and client care whilst widely promoting reflexology.
